Department of Transport
Our works for Department of Transport cover a range of various contracts including the British Transport Police Stations, Driver Vehicle Standards Agency, Driver Vehicle Licensing Agency and Vehicle Accident Investigation. We have carried out a vast range of design and build, refurbishment and fit out works across the country looking primarily at security works but also office works for each.
Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service
Another country wide client for us looking at refurbishment of various facilities with our security vetted staff to bring some of the older facilities up to date.
Foreign and the Commonwealth Office
We carried out the refurbishment and redecoration of the toilets throughout the FCO. We also decorated the Foreign Secretary’s residence, Carlton House.
Media
BBC
Trabur have been working with the BBC for over 30 years and are one of our longest established working relationships. The work is primarily focused on the BBC headquarters in London but has in recent times seen an ever increasing regional aspect to our works which has brought us into the midlands and the south east/west regions to complete projects from fire stopping to large scale refurbishment of written archive stores
Red Bee
The works for Red Bee over a number of years has seen us add another arrow to our bow in terms of experience, soundproof, high specification recording and editing studio fit outs. Our experience on these projects to deliver a number of complexed studios for Red Bee over a number of years has let us to confidently offering and delivering these types of projects to the recently completed Gorilla Studios and BBC Studioworks.
Universal
We have worked across the Universal Music estate for over 20 years and now carry out planned maintenance and project work in the new Kings Cross site at Pancras Square which has consolidated all the remote Universal Music London sites.
Hospitality
Sports Bar and Grill
Sports Bar and Grill group represent another client we have worked with for a number of years from the first fit out projects in London at Farringdon to the more recent Canary Wharf Sports Bar and Grill. Trabur have delivered a number of these establishments working closely, due to their station locations with TFL, Crossrail, Network Rail to deliver a number of sites with uniquely different stakeholders and requirements.
Jam Tree
A small chain of three bars which we developed in close conjunction with the owners
Belle Bars
We have refurbished all four of this small chain’s sites over the last few years including the flagship Moretown Belle in London’s fashionable St Katherine Docks. Belle Bars is acquisitive and keen to expand, and we confidently expect to bring the brand to new London venues in the near future.
Facilities Management
Mitie
Trabur has worked with Mitie for a number of years and are a preferred supplier working on a vast range of contracts and projects. We complete a number of tenders for Mitie across the country from Durham to Isle of Wight and also work on Mitie’s FM Contract as a long term contractor looking at their reactive works as well as project works.
CBRE
Trabur have carried out a number of tenders for CBRE and most recently have worked on two of CBRE’s most prestigious Facilities Management contracts for two global financial institutions in London. The works on these contracts ranged from painting each floor of the UK headquarters to an external clean of the others UK Headquarters over a series of weekends.
JLL
We carry out a number of refurbishment works across JLL’s FM portfolio in London again ranging from £1,000.00 To £750,000. The various contracts will have different requirements inclusive of out of hours working where we endeavour to tailor our service on each individual contract to the end user’s requirements
Healthcare
Tilbury Douglas
We have worked with Tilbury Douglas on the P22 contract at St George’s Hospital in Tooting, delivering projects for the hospital trust
NPL
We successfully undertook a multitude of projects across the NPL estate in Teddington, south London, ranging from strip out and demolition to complete fit outs and redecoration.
Meridian Hospital Company
We have tendered and been awarded a number of projects for Meridian Hospital Company over the past 5 years with the work being a rolled of hygienic works in a number of live wards across a hospital in south London. The scope of the works is identical for each ward but demonstrates our flexible and adaptable approach to each contract when working in live and changing environments.

Amazon
We support Amazon in offices, fulfilment centres and data centres across the UK and Europe
Microsoft
We have carried out maintenance and redecorations in Microsoft’s Victoria buildings over the last ten years
Gorilla Studios
A complex of five music studios in a new build development in Battersea.
The studios are now open and running, with eight resident composers, writers and producers.
