Scope of Works:
Remove the existing entrance drop arm barriers, install new 2no. Bi-fold Gates Speed gates and reconfigure existing entrance road layout. Install new pedestrian footpath with LED bollards and associated painted pedestrian crossings complete with Solar Belisha Beacons, drop kerbs and hazard tactile warning paving.

Complete CAT B fit out of a 7000sqft unit within Canary Wharf Crossrail Station. Mezzanine steel floor with bar and seating, fully fitted kitchen area, 3 bars on the lower level, decorations, flooring, metal props and features

Trabur carried out the design, supply, erection and installation of steel grillage to support satellite dishes.
This work involved the design, erection and installation of a 17 tonne steel platform on the roof of the BBC Broadcast Centre in White City W12. The attached photographs illustrate the complexities of working at high level in an occupied building and of safely lifting steel adjacent to the busy A40 and the car park entrance on site whilst maintaining access at all times and protecting the occupants of the building. The perimeter of the roof was shrouded in system scaffold clad with debris netting to prevent falls of material to the busy ground floor area.
Facilities Management
1st floor – Demolition of walls and strip out of wall M&E services, finishes and large salad bars. Installation of new grab and go fridges, hot plates and mobile salad bars. New LED lighting and power, touch screen ordering tablets and data, waste and water connections, installation of a new bespoke cooking pods, installation of new ovens, hot plates, new luxury timber cladding and vinyl flooring. Decoration to new and existing walls, decorative tiling.
Technology
A complex of five music studios in a new build development in Battersea.
The studios are now open and running, with eight resident composers, writers and producers.
